  1. >We call it Ukranian ice cream. It's not exactly a frozen treat. My dad tricked my mom into taking a big bite her first time. I'm surprised they still got married. Ukranian Ice cream: good for winter colds, good for digestion. It's horseradish, beet juice to make it red, salt, pinch of sugar.

  2. >Bay Rum and Tiger Balm. In Jamaica when there is a pain wether it be headache or muscle pull you can use either of these two. I keep some in my first aid kit.

    >Here's a Jamaican folk remedy that my family believes in: white rum and fresh squeezed lime or lemon juice with lots of honey sipped slowly to soothe your throat and lull you to sleep so you can rest your sick body. Skip the rum for the kiddies though!
